My passion is leveraging my over 15 years of international experience in Treasury and Accounting to empower companies to build and maintain efficient and effective Treasury functions.

 

Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to implementing and optimizing Treasury processes at multinational corporations and clients, reducing financial risks faced by companies, improving process quality, and eliminating manual work to enable employees of my clients to focus their time on more strategic and value-adding tasks.

 

I achieve this through a unique combination of deep expertise in Treasury and Accounting, business process automation, data transformation and visualization, and emotional intelligence skills.

In 2025, I founded the Baltic Treasury Association - a community of Treasury professionals in the Baltics created with the aim to share knowledge and experience, provide networking opporunities, and elevate the recognition of the Treasury profession in the region.
